Shipping

What are your processing and shipping times?

I will have your items shipped out to you within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order. Please keep in mind that I am a one man show, please order in advance of any deadlines you may have. During the holiday season (November-December) processing and shipping times may be extended due to large volume of orders/USPS holiday calculated shipping times.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. Currently I only ship my items within the US.

What is your Shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Please be patient with the shipment of your order as I am a small business owner who completes the order process from crocheting, to packaging, to shipping all my myself. I appreciate your patience and your support of my small business!

What do I do if I never received my item?

Please contact us via the contact page on our website. All items have tracking numbers, please track for item before contacting us.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. I do not accept returns or refunds after they have been shipped. You are required to agree at checkout that all items are not able to be returned. Why do I have this policy? Since my items are generally items that are handled heavily, I want to protect my customers and ensuring that every customer receives a brand new item.

Can I return a digital download pattern?

No. All sales are final and no returns will be given for digital patterns.

Modifying Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

I move as fast as possible to get orders out for my customers. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on the contact page and I'll do my best if it is not already shipped.

I entered the wrong address, can I fix it?

I move as fast as possible to get orders out for my customers. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately on the contact page and I'll do my best if it is not already shipped. Once an order is shipped and the address label has been purchased, I can no longer change anything.

Cleaning & Care

Can I clean my crochet items?

Yes. I only advise spot cleaning. Apply a small amount of soap to a rag and gently rub the affected area. DO NOT put any of my crochet items in the washing machine to remove stains, this will destroy the item.

How should I care for my crochet items?

All of my crochet items are handmade and are not designed to take an extreme amount of wear and tear. Please keep in mind that these items are not made by a commercial machine. Be gental and take good care of your purchase!

Materials & Hazards

What kind of material do you use?

All items are made with acrylic yarn, polyester fiber fill, and plastic shank back eyes (unless yarn eyes are requested for the safety of children).

Are there choking hazards involved in your items?

Yes. All items contain small pieces (plastic eyes) that are considered choking hazards. You are responsible for purchasing yarn eyes if you are giving to a child. Since I offer both plastic and yarn eyes, the customer is responsible for purchasing the appropriate eye style. Please gift responsibly!

Sold Out?

What happens when an item is sold out?

I would be happy to make one for you! If there is an item that you are interested in purchasing and it is sold out, please contact me via the contact page to request the sold out item.
